Yes, I am in Aru at the moment after having spent a day as well in Ariwara. Both are south of Adi. In Ariwara I needed to visit the vodacom office because my Congo telephone number was blocked, and still is. No solution yet. I hope that it will be found because I like to keep the same number. When I arrived in Ariwara and went to the CECA church, I discovered that the disctrict council was taking place. A good occasion to see many pastors whom I know and share a bit of my ideas for the AIDS Program.

In Aru I am staying with good friends form Oicha time, Amanio and Drabiru. The sad thing is that Drabiru is in Bunia for meetings. The good thing is that one of their daughters is here with her two boys, also visiting. The reason to stop in Aru was to get a new exit/entry visa for Congo, and that mission succeeded without any problems. It only took abut two hours, but that is normal in Congo. In the meanwhile I had a big discussion with one of the officials about AIDS. Also here in Aru, I saw many old friends and I really enjoyed that.

Tomorrow to Arua and Saturday to Kampala.
